The perfect gallon of iced tea

I kind of wish I’d thought about posting this at the beginning of summer, since it’s cooling off enough to make sun tea more difficult to brew. However, here is what I consider the perfect gallon of iced tea:

  1. Get a large clear glass (preferable) or plastic one-gallon container and fill it about 90% full of water.
  2. Add two regular orange pekoe teabags, two Earl Grey teabags, and one green tea teabag.
  3. Let it set in full sun for three to six hours (depending on how strong you like it).
  4. After it’s done brewing, add one teaspoon of Stevia to the tea to lightly sweeten it.
  5. Top off the container with cold water or ice cubes.
  6. Put it in the fridge and enjoy once it’s cold.

Enjoy!
